Shipping Policy

The shipping of products purchased through herbandspicenc.com is subject to our Shipping Policy. All orders will be processed in accordance with the guidelines set forth on our website. Products which require refrigeration will be shipped with 2-day shipping speed (at a minimum; overnight where applicable), packed with ice packs and typical cold temperature packaging materials. It is the customer's responsibility to accept and refrigerate the items immediately upon receiving them to protect the integrity of the product(s).
